Where can I check my order status?

You can check the latest delivery status through our Track Your Order page. Please use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email, or the order details requested by the tracking portal.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $30 USD. Shipping eligibility and available delivery options are shown during checkout for your destination.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

LAMEDA covers customs duties and taxes for most destinations to help provide a smoother delivery experience. If you have specific local customs concerns, please contact our support team before ordering.

How long do I have to start a return or exchange?

You have 45 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Are size exchanges free?

Yes. Size exchanges are free on all eligible orders, including discounted orders. We want you to find the right fit for your ride.

Where can I find the size guide for a product?

Each product page includes a Size Guide near the size selector. Please use the size information for the exact item you are considering rather than relying only on a previous product or another brand's sizing.

Should I use the same size across all LAMEDA products?

Not always. Fit, fabric stretch, construction and intended use can differ between jerseys, bib shorts, jackets, base layers and other categories. Always check the size guide on the individual product page.

Ride Assurance

Crash replacement cover, claim requirements and what falls outside the program.

What is covered during the first year?

For an eligible first crash within 365 days of purchase, LAMEDA provides a replacement for the damaged kit. The first-year benefit applies once per customer per year.

What is not covered by Ride Assurance?

Ride Assurance is for cycling accidents. It does not cover normal wear and tear, washing errors, or abrasion caused by saddle bags, velcro or similar non-crash damage.

Washing, drying and keeping technical fabrics performing as intended.

How should I wash my LAMEDA cycling apparel?

Machine wash cold. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not use fabric softener, do not dry clean and do not soak. Always check the care label on your specific garment, as individual products may carry their own instructions.

Why should I avoid fabric softener and tumble drying?

Fabric softener can coat technical fibres and reduce the moisture management and breathability that cycling fabrics rely on. Tumble drying and ironing apply heat that can damage elastane and bonded seams. Air drying away from direct heat keeps the fabric performing as intended.
