We need clear photos of the damaged garment and your proof of purchase (Order #). No need to ship the torn kit back to us unless requested.

Get Back on the Road

For Tier 1 (Free): We'll send you a custom invoice for the $10 shipping/handling fee. Once paid, your new kit ships immediately. For Tier 2 (40% Off): We'll send you a unique 40% discount code to use on our store.

The Fine Print (To keep it fair)

  • The $10 Fee: For the "Free Replacement" tier, a flat $10 fee applies to cover shipping and warehouse handling.
  • One-Time Benefit: The "Free Replacement" is valid for one crash per customer per year. Subsequent crashes fall under the 40% discount tier.
  • Same Item: Replacements must be for the same item/size. If the original is out of stock, we will offer the closest available alternative.
  • Crash Only: This covers accidents. It does not cover normal wear and tear, washing errors, or abrasion from saddle bags/velcro.
