Liabilities Issues
Customer Acknowledges that sellers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if the seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the seller’s merchandise.

Payment
Secure Payment Processing
Security of your card and data is very important to us. All payments made on the lameda.cc website and all financial information relating to your transaction are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to LAMEDA’s employee. This information will be utilized only in the case of a refund.

Payment for purchases and shipping can be made by PayPal.
Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the website LAMEDA reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
LAMEDA reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of the products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
Prices
Prices are quoted in US dollars. All prices exclude value added tax. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to be fully responsible for activities that relate to your account or your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Local Levies
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Please be aware, if the customer chooses to refuse the shipment due to local import duty & tax, the parcel will automatically be returned to LAMEDA’s office. In this case, LAMEDA reserves the right to charge the customer a $30 administration fee.
Invoice
Shortly after submitting your order, you will be notified about your purchase via email from our email address [email protected]. You will always receive full commercial invoice together with your shipment.
Packing and Shipping
Your items will be send out within a working week.
LAMEDA.CC sends packages with FedEx, DHL or UPS to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is e-mailed to the customer upon dispatch from LAMEDA.cc.
Shipping times for regular service is varies by region, normally will be 5-9 working days. LAMEDA.cc accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes. Shipping time is a guide.
Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown on LAMEDA.CC and are added to the order when a customer places an order.
Free standard shipping fee if buying more than 2pcs items one time.

LAMEDA.CC reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.

We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
LAMEDA will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
Warranty
We guarantee all purchased goods are of the quality represented and will be replaced or repaired if found detective (Except for normal wear and tear), that is the usual procedure. At LAMEDA.CC, ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT YOU NOTE ON YOUR GARMENT WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS ON THE BIKE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, WE SIMPLY EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW ON.
Refund Policy
We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 15 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund or credit note. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Types of refund
Delivered / Received
Please contact us first to get the specific return address, and then send it back. Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order. Your right for a refund is recognized for up to 15 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good).
Not yet delivered, refund only
You can find the corresponding order in the personal center and click the option of refund only. We will refund as soon as we receive the refund application. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back.
Exchange
We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product.
