We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 15 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund or credit note. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Delivered / Received
Please contact us first to get the specific return address, and then send it back. Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order. Your right for a refund is recognized for up to 15 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good).
Not yet delivered, refund only
You can find the corresponding order in the personal center and click the option of refund only. We will refund as soon as we receive the refund application. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your money back.
Exchange:
We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product.
