We want you to love your ride. If the fit isn't perfect, we're here to fix it. Returns are processed at our local warehouses in the US & EU & AU.

*Discounted items include merchandise receiving a promotional code, automatic price discount, Archive Savings, Full System / Bundle discount or another promotional price reduction. Receiving a free Event Gift or future Gift Card reward alone does not make an otherwise full-price item a discounted item for return-fee purposes.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Start Your Return:
We offer a quick and easy self-service return portal. Have your Order Number and Email Address ready.
Alternatively, email us at info@lameda.cc with your Order # and reason.
2. Get Your Label:
We will provide you with a return address to our nearest warehouse (US/EU/AU).
3. Ship It Back:
Pack the items (unworn, with tags) and ship them back.
• For Exchanges, we'll send your new size as soon as the return is in transit.
• For Refunds, we process them within 3-5 days of receipt.
The Fine Print
- 45-Day Window: You have 45 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" (usually 50% off or more) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Faulty Items: If you received a damaged item, please email us immediately. We will replace it for free, no questions asked.
SEASON EVENT & PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS
Orders placed during the LAMEDA Season Event may include promotional benefits such as Archive Savings, Storewide Gifts and LAMEDA Gift Card rewards. These benefits are based on the final items retained after any return, cancellation or refund.
Storewide Gift qualification is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal before promotional discounts, based on the current selling price of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Compare-at prices, shipping, taxes, gift card purchases and free promotional gifts are excluded.
If a return causes your retained merchandise value to fall below a Gift threshold, any Gift that is no longer qualified must be returned unused with the returned merchandise. If the Gift is not returned, the listed selling price of the corresponding Gift item at the time of the original order may be deducted from your refund.
Orders with $200+ in eligible final post-discount merchandise value may receive 10% back as a LAMEDA Gift Card. Gift Card rewards are reviewed and issued by email 14 days after shipment. Returns, cancellations or refunds may reduce or cancel these rewards.
Every eligible Season Event order earns one Spin. The Spin invitation is reviewed and issued by email 14 days after shipment together with the LAMEDA Gift Card reward. Any return from the qualifying order makes the Spin ineligible. Fully cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible. If a Spin reward has already been used before a later return, the value of the redeemed reward may be taken into account when calculating the final refund where permitted by applicable law.
If a Gift Card has already been issued, unused promotional value may be adjusted or cancelled. If promotional value has already been redeemed, the corresponding value may be deducted from a refund where permitted by applicable law.
Size or color exchanges do not normally affect promotional benefits when the qualifying merchandise and order value remain unchanged. If an exchange changes the qualifying merchandise value, promotional eligibility may be recalculated.
Event Gift selections are subject to availability. If a specific style, color or size is unavailable, please choose another eligible option from the same Gift tier. Gifts have no cash alternative.
