The replacement shipment was unfortunately delayed during customs processing in Los Angeles. While customs delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our direct control, we fully understand that you should not have been left waiting for this long without a clear resolution or timely updates from us.

That part of the experience did not meet the level of service we want to provide.

We don’t want you to continue waiting indefinitely. We can either arrange a new replacement shipment for you or provide a refund, depending on which option you prefer.
