Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders before dispatch in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or stock unavailability.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely to ensure data protection.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. For international customers, additional import duties or local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you check with your local customs office for any charges that may apply to your order.
• Stock & Order Confirmation: When you finalize your order on our site, stock is reserved for your purchase. However, the sale is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed and the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After placing an order, modifications or cancellations (such as changes to delivery addresses, quantities, or payment methods) are not possible, even through our Customer Services team.

At LAMEDA, we are dedicated to providing products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns are only accepted online for purchases made directly through lameda.cc. Items purchased from other locations, such as a Clubhouse, should be returned directly to where they were purchased.

2. Return Process: Once approved, ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned items. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method, though it may take a few days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.

We are committed to the quality of all LAMEDA products. If any manufacturing defect is found within the first 7 days of use, we will replace or repair the item—no questions asked.
