We offer two ways of shipping :
1. Standard free shipping. It usually takes 10 to 14 days for your purchased item(s) to arrive. Please understand that the exact arrival time of your item will very likely be affected by your local delivery service. Also, if your shipping address is not clear or specific enough, the shipping process will also be affected in various extent.
2. Express shipping. It includes EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, which usually deliver your item(s) to you in about 4 to 7 days. If you want your item(s) arrive in a certain amount of time, this might be your better choice.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Lameda’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, Lameda refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
